A true believer believes in the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the power of God. In the book of Genesis before God said Let there be light, the bible said that the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. When the Holy Spirit moves things happened, waters were divided, hearts were changed, prophetic words were spoken, in fact this power, the Holy Spirit, is the same spirit that quickened Jesus from the dead. This power resides in every person who has received Christ in their heart and has made Jesus their Lord and Savior. The same mighty power that went forth by the command of God and fashioned this world rests in those that believe. We are equipped with a mighty power to overcome the enemy and everything that is meant to harm our well being.

WHAT SHALL I WEAR TODAY?
Obedience Not Welcome in Church Today?
Wouldn’t it be so nice if faith had nothing to do with patience? Or would faith even exist without patience? Patience is the ingredient that keeps your faith steadfast and strong. James’ letters begin with exercising patience in James chapter one. Paul’s letter to the Colossians begin with patience also in Chapter one. Proverbs 19:11 said that a man becomes wise when he becomes patient. As a matter of fact, men’s hearts often fail them simply because they lack patience. As a student of the word, I study my bible everyday and last night as I read Luke, the word patience jumped out at me again. Luke was describing the parable of the seed and the sower that Jesus spoke to the disciples about. Even when you receive the Word of God in your heart and hold fast to it – you still have to hold
